SCNZ uses YouTube API Services for its YouTube integration. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Connecting a channel is optional and does not itself upload a video. You are responsible for reviewing the video, publishing details, audience settings, and visibility before requesting an upload, and for having the rights and permissions needed to publish it.

Do not use SCNZ to create, alter, upload, or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated nude or sexual depictions of a real person without their explicit consent. Sexual exploitation material, sexual content involving minors, and deceptive impersonation are prohibited. These restrictions apply throughout SCNZ, including its Google and YouTube integrations. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and recovery methods, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

SCNZ helps users create educational videos with tools for topic research, script writing, storyboarding, scene editing, visual assets, voiceover, captions, storage, and video export. Optional AI assistance supports writing and media creation. Users review and edit their work and decide whether to export it or publish it to a connected YouTube channel. Features may depend on third-party AI, media, storage, and identity providers and may change as those services evolve.

The plan, price, currency, billing interval, included credits, and applicable taxes or discounts are shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. A promotional discount applies only for the duration stated in the offer; the subscription can then renew at its regular price.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Use Manage in Stripe in your SCNZ billing settings to review invoices, update payment details, or cancel. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the effective date shown in the billing portal; it does not automatically refund earlier payments. Merely stopping use, disconnecting YouTube, or deleting a channel does not cancel a subscription. Contact support if you cannot access the billing portal.

Credits are used for eligible generation and production work. Subscription credits are added after the qualifying subscription payment; an annual allocation may be granted with the annual payment. Credit top-ups are separate one-time purchases. The current plan and checkout describe your allocation.

Before paid work starts, SCNZ can reserve the estimated credits. When work settles, the unused part of a reservation is released. Cancelling or failing a job releases unsettled reservations; work already completed and charged is not automatically reversed. Costs depend on the requested feature, model, and workload. Credits are service usage units, not money held in a payment account, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

For a billing error, duplicate charge, failed paid service, or refund request, contact [email protected] with the transaction reference and a description of the problem. Never send full card details. We review requests against the purchase, service delivered, and applicable law. No automatic refund is promised by cancelling a subscription or leaving credits unused.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or remedy rights. Any legally required consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgment concerning withdrawal rights must be presented separately where applicable.

You retain rights you hold in scripts, prompts, uploads, channel materials, and other content you submit. You grant SCNZ the limited permission necessary to process, store, transform, and transmit that content to provide the service.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to third-party material, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing factual claims, permissions, disclosures, and final output before publishing or commercial use.

• Do not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights.
• Do not create or distribute malware, fraudulent content, sexual exploitation material, targeted harassment, or instructions intended to cause serious harm.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security, usage, or approval controls.
• Do not misrepresent generated media as authentic where disclosure is legally or ethically required.

When you connect or configure a third-party provider, its terms and privacy practices also apply. Provider availability, output, pricing, rate limits, and retention are outside SCNZ’s direct control. You are responsible for credentials and charges associated with provider accounts you supply.

Your right to use a generated asset also depends on the selected model, provider, and any source material, music, fonts, or stock assets. SCNZ does not guarantee that generated output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party claims. Commercial use is subject to the applicable licenses and permissions.

Use voice cloning, reference images, and likeness features only with appropriate rights and consent. Do not deceptively impersonate another person. You remain responsible for required AI or altered-content disclosures, including YouTube's publishing requirements.

We work to keep SCNZ reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, limit, suspend, or modify features when necessary for security, legal compliance, provider changes, or service quality.

You may stop using SCNZ at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, abuse, non-payment where applicable, or legal requirements. Reasonable data export or deletion options may be provided subject to security, legal, and operational limits.

SCNZ is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for editorial decisions, published claims, releases, licenses, backups, and professional review. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SCNZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms as SCNZ changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
