• Account information such as name, email address, profile image, authentication method, verification status, and security settings.
• Production content such as prompts, scripts, uploads, generated images, audio, video, project metadata, and channel settings.
• Operational information such as sessions, IP address, browser or device information, job logs, usage, cost records, errors, and security events.
• Provider information needed for integrations you choose to enable. Secret credentials are handled separately from public profile data.

• Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the SCNZ service.
• Authenticate users, recover accounts, deliver transactional email, and prevent abuse.
• Queue generation work, call providers selected by you, store media, render projects, and show production history.
• Measure reliability, capacity, usage, and cost and comply with legal obligations.

Content is shared with AI, media, rendering, or publishing providers only when needed for a feature you request or configure. Those providers process information under their own terms. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you have authority to use it.

SCNZ uses service providers for functions such as cloud hosting, PostgreSQL persistence, Cloudflare R2 object storage, Google authentication, Resend transactional email, and configured generation providers. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their role.

SCNZ uses necessary cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, account security, interface preferences, and continuity of your production session. These are not used to sell personal information.

Account and project information is kept while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Security, billing, audit, and backup records may be retained longer where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and reliable restoration. Provider-side retention is governed by the provider you use.

We use access controls, password hashing, session protections, encryption for selected secrets, private object storage, and operational monitoring. No system is completely secure, so use a unique password, enable two-factor authentication, and keep provider credentials private.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. You can update profile and security settings in the application. Contact us for requests that are not available through self-service tools.

SCNZ and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should be used for cross-border transfers.

SCNZ is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to the processing of their data. Do not create an account for a child unless you have the authority and lawful basis to do so.

We may update this Policy to reflect product, provider, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be communicated through the application or another reasonable channel.
